Introduction
This part of our activities consists of temporary assignments to fill in temporary needs of companies for legal assistance. In line with our experience and expertise this activity focuses obviously on HR related legal assistance.
Typically a company would call on interim legal management for the replacement of an in-house legal counsel who is temporarily absent from work because of illness or any other (personal) reason. Typically a company would also consider calling on interim legal management to meet the extra need for legal assistance in connection with special events or operations such as, by way of examples, the organization of the social elections, the preparation and implementation of the restructuring of a company or its activities, the preparation and the implementation of a collective dismissal, the preparation and the implementation of mergers and acquisitions, and the like.
An interim legal management assignment might be a fulltime job or might be limited, depending on the needs, to a number of days (8 hours) per week as agreed upon between the parties.
For interim legal management assignments we charge, in line with general practice, a per diem, to be agreed upon between the parties, as opposed to an hourly fee.
