Introduction
The practice of social security law focuses on the implementation of the national, European and international regulations concerning the payment of the social security contributions as opposed to the regulations concerning the payment of the social security benefits. The practice deals with the social security status of Belgian employees working in Belgium or abroad, as well as foreign employees being assigned to Belgium.
